Witham Restaurant is the kind of diner that takes it's customers back to the 1960s. Established in 1965 Witham became a place where travelers on the I-5 corridor coming through Medford, Oregon could stop for great service and a great meal.
When you walk into Witham you are greeted with a friendly smile which makes you feel right at home. A good portion of the homestyle feeling is due to the fact that the restaurant is family owned and operated. There are some staff that have been with Witham for 35 years but they still feel like family.
Their menu consists of timeless classics such as hand made chicken fried steak ,old fashion milkshakes and biscuits and gravy and 100% ground beef burgers and much more .
On April 15th, 2012 the Witham Restaurant treated their dedicated customers to a flash back special. They rolled their prices back to when they first opened. Coffee was only 10 cents and the famous Trucker Burger with fries (now $7.79) was sold for only 95 cents. The staff had a lot of happy customers that day.
Although the restaurant has kept a lot of the nostalgic feel from the 60s there have been some upgrades. In 2006 the owners needed to make more room for their growing business so they said good bye to the arcade area and added more tables, booths and a waitress station. They began upgrading several areas.
There are several Oregon Lottery games, a Megatouch game and they accept Discover, Master Card and Visa.
Although there have been some upgrades to the look and function of Witham Restaurant they still continue to keep that feel of being among friends and family.
So while on your travels make sure to stop by Witham Restaurant for great food and even better service. The staff at Witham Restaurant will treat you like family.
